Named game · swap right: can’t attend → pick another home game (League, Cup or UCL, subject to availability). Requests must be submitted before the original fixture and remain subject to seat availability. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and standard competition terms apply.
Prize Significant Terms
- Who can be the mascot: Premier League / EFL / FA fixtures — a child aged 5–12 on match day; UEFA fixtures — height between 1.05m and 1.35m on match day.
- Included: the elements on this page — may include meeting players, pitchside walk, watching the warm-up, walking out with a player, a current home kit, and 1 adult + 1 junior ticket (up to 2 more tickets purchasable, subject to availability).
- Accompanying adult (18+) required — responsible for the mascot except when under Club supervision; tunnel/dressing-room areas are off-limits to the adult.
- Forms by the deadline: safeguarding, consent and medical forms must be returned by the notified date or parts of the experience may not be possible.
- No specific player is guaranteed — allocations are the Club’s, and may change at short notice.
- If the match moves, the experience transfers to the rescheduled fixture where practicable; no colours of any other club.
